Florida and more particularly described as follows
Starting at the North East corner of Thomas J. Mc
Raes land thence North (240 ft) Two Hundred and
forty feet thence West to land of Mrs M.W. Brown
thence North along the  East boundary of said Browns
land (420 ft) Four Hundred and twenty feet in all in 
a straight line on and beyond said line thence
East to section line thence south to starting point
containing three acres more or less in Township
10 South Range 22 East said section line being the
East line of section Twenty seven and said lot lying 
and being in the Town of Hawthorn in said state
and county Together with all the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances with every privilege right
title interest and estate dower and right of dower
reversion remainder and easement thereto belonging or
in any wise appertaining To Have and to hold the same
in fee simple forever and the said parties of the
first part do covenant with the said party of the
second part that they are lawfully seized of said
premises that they are free of all encumbrance and that
they have good right and lawful authority to sell
the same and that they will warrant and defend
the same against the lawful claims of all per
sons In witness whereof that said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals
