joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing
all dower or right of dower in and to the premises
described therein and that the relinquishment of dower
was made freely and voluntarily and without any
fear or constraint from her said husband

     Peter Sylvester  To  Georgianna White
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made this Seventh day of January in
the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty four Between Peter Sylvester of the Town
of Deland Volusia and State of Florida of the
first part and Georgianna White of the County
of Alachua Florida of the second part witnesseth
that the said part of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of five Dollars to
him in hand paid by the said party of the 
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever all that
parcel of Land lying and being in the county of 
Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
the North West quarter of the North East quarter
of section Two (2) Township Ten (10) South of Range
(22) twenty two East containing forty acres more
or less being the same premises conveyed by William
R. Perryman and Elizabeth his wife to Peter
Sylvester by Deed dated October 2. 1882 being
the 40 (Forty) acres in the middle part of the
premises of said Perrymans Homestead Entered under
application No 5285 and final Receipt No 3618 dated
Dec 18. 1882.  Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversions and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and all the estate right title interest dower
