links thence North forty chains thence East twelve

of beginning containing fifty acres I Robert
B. Hunter of State & County above mentioned have
this day bargained sold and conveyed to Kiah Wood
ward all my right title and interest also all the
right title & Interest of my son Robert M. Hunter
I having been duly appointed Guardian of the said
Robert M. Hunter and authorized by the Hon Judge
Probate of this County to make the sale or exchange
of the Lands herein mentioned One half interest of 
which is the property of my son Robert M. Hunter
To wit commencing at the North West corner of
sec thirty two and running Eight (8) acres or (1680 ft)
due east thence South to East & West line of sec
32 thence West Eight acres or 1680 ft to sec line
then to point of beginning containing two hundred acres
All in sec thirty two Township Eleven Range Twenty One
East To Have & to Hold the said described parcel
of land unto him the said Kiah Woodward his heirs
and assigns forever I covenant & that I own one
half interest in said land and am lawfully authorized
to sell or exchange the remainderig half that it 
is unencumbered & I further warrant the title to the
same against the lawful claims of all persons witness
my hand & seal this 21st Sept 1882}
