Florida my true and lawful attorney for me and
in my name place and stead to make execute
sign and deliver a deed to George Starke of the County
of Alachua State of Florida to the following describ
ed land and premises To wit all that tract or parcel
of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida viz the north half of the South East
quarter of SE1/4 of section Twenty two in Township
Nine South of Range Twenty Two East containing
Twenty acres more or less giving to my said attorney
full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and ness
essary to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present Witness my hand

day of May AD 1883 between Benjaman P. Boulware
of Alachua County Florida and George Starke of the County
of Alachua State of Florida of the second part witness
eth that for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred Dollars to the parties of the first part paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar
gained sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second |
