part his heirs and assigns in fee simple all of that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Alachua
County and described as follows to wit: The North
half of the South East quarter of the South East
quarter of section Twenty Two Township nine south
Range Twenty Two East containing Twenty acres more
or less To Have and to hold the above described land to
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
Together with the rights members and appurtenances there
unto being belonging or in any manner appertaining and
the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
executors administrators and assigns the title to the

ever warrant and defend against all legal claims and

This Indenture made the Twenty first day of January
in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and Eighty four Between J.N. Bone of Alachua
County Florida of the first part and Moses Nelson
of Alachua County Florida witnesseth that the said
part party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of the sum of Ten Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to him in hand paid by 
the said party of the second part at or before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien
