made to them by Geo L. Marsteller necessary for
putting said land under cultivation and planting
it in Orange Trees One Half of these advances to be
equally borne and evenly divided by said James
Hopkins J.M. La Roche and J.C. Seabrook and thereby
each one agreeing and binding himself to be 
responsible for one Sixth (1/6th) of the total amou
nt advanced to them by said Geo L. Marsteller  In
consideration of above Geo L. Marsteller on his
part agrees at the expiration of Five years to give
title deeds to James Hopkinson  J.M. LaRoche and
J.C. Seabrook for one half of the land planted in 
Orange trees or to each one the sixth (1/6th) part
of the entire land which by that time may be planted
out in Orange Trees  In case of either one or all
of the above parties failing to fulfill above agree
ment as per stipulation herein contained they
or he is or are to forfeit all right and title for
whatever improvement may have been made by 
said party or parties: however in case of death
befalling either of above contracting parties his or
their share of the property as he or they may have
improved or such portion of it as he or they may
have acquired by virtue of labor expended thereon
shall be for the benefit of his or their heirs at law
or to whomsoever he or they may see fit to will or
bequeath his or their interest unto as beneficiaries
the appraising and adjudication of value thereof 
to be settled by three disinterested parties  In faithful
performance of above we have hereunto annexed
