County of Alachua }  Be it known that before me
a Justice of the Peace personally appeared Wm B. Lipsey
and Hannah H. Lipsey his wife who severally acknow
ledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the pur
pose therein expressed and I further certify that the
said Hannah H. Lipsey at an examination separate and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge that
she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance and
joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all
dower or right of dower in and to the premises descr
ibed therein and that the relinquishment of dower was
made freely and voluntarily and without any fear
or constraint from her husband the said William B.

Alachua County  }  This Indenture made this the 23
day of March AD 1882 between E.M. Rives  B.T. Rives
J.T. Duncan  A.A. Duncan and J.F. Rives of the State and
County aforesaid of the first part and Edward R.
Rives of the State and County aforesaid party of the
second part witnesseth that for and in consideration
of an equal share of land due him the said Edward
Rives made Between the heirs by his mother Eliza
beth M. Rives has given granted bargained sold & con
veyed and by these presents doth so give grant bar
gain sell and convey unto the said Edward Rives
his heirs and assigns the following described lot
or parcel of and lying and being in the county of Ala
chua & State of Florida known and described as follows
Commencing at a stake on the East line of Section
Thirty three (33) Township Eleven (11) and Range Twenty
(20) Fifty yards North of House of Residence and
running thence West Eight hundred and Eighty
yards to stake on North and South line dividing
