containing (two hundred and 1 acres) 201 of land
more or less  To Have and to hold together with all 
and singular the right title and interest of the parties
of the first part in and to the same  To Have and to 
hold the said premises and all the appurtenances thereof
to have the said Edward Rives his heirs and assigns
