     Clara J. Evans & Husband  To  Eva P. Fildes
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made the 10th day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty Four Between Clara J. Evans and Chas P.
Evans her husband of Alachua County Florida
of the first part and Eva P. Fildes of the same
place of the second part witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Six Hundred ($600 00/100) Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to 
them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and to her
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or 
parcel of land lying being and situated near or adjoi
ning the Eastern side of the City of Gainesville in
the State of Florida and described from a map or 
plat of Doig and Robertsons Addition to the said City
of Gainesville drawn by Joseph Voyle and recorded
19th day of June AD 1882 in Deed Book "N" at page
486 of the records of Alachua County Florida and par
ticularly described as follows to wit  Beginning at a 
point which is located Two hundred & thirty Eight & 3/4
(238 3/4) feet East of & from the South East corner
of Alachua Avenue and State Street according to said
