Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that this Indenture made this 26th 
day of December AD 1883 between Herschel W. Price
of Butterville Warren Co O and William H. Berryman and
their wives Elizabeth Price and Alasana E. Berryman
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consid
eration of the sum of (200. 00/100) Two Hundred Dollars to
them in hand paid by Paul F. Stock of Hawthorn
Alachua of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
Presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Paul F. Stock all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and 
described as follows to wit: All that part of the North
West quarter of the South West Quarter of section thirty
two Township ten south of Range twenty two east
and bounded as follows Beginning at a point one hund
red (110) and ten yards North of the South East corner
of said forty acres and running 440 four hundred &
forty yards West thence 110 One hundred and ten
yards North thence 440 four hundred & forty yards
East thence 110 One hundred and ten yards south
to place of beginning and containing ten acres con
taining by estimation ten acres acres of land more or
less Together with all and singular the tenements here
editaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or 
in any wise appertaining to have and to Hold the
same unto the said party of second part and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee 
simple absolute and the said parties of the first
part do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby convey
ed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns again
st the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same  In witness whereof we have here
