for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing all her
right of dower in and to the lands in said deed des
cribed and that she did the same freely and volun
tarily and without any compulsion constraint ap
prehension or fear of or from her said husband

and County  B.F. Jordan who being duly sworn deposes
and says that he saw J.B. Brown and Ella D. Brown
the grantors in the above deed of conveyance sign the
same for the purposes therein set forth that he
saw W.W. Hampton sign said deed as a subscribing
witness and that he deponent signed the same as
a witness at the same time and place.
