wise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Stephen Ross his
heirs executors administrators or assigns in fee
simple absolute forever and we the said Henry
Jackson and Georgeana Jackson do hereby covenant
and agree with the said Stephen Ross that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same that the same is free from all encum
brances whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Stephen Ross and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
