by the Governor of the State of Florida and duly
commissioned and qualified to take acknowledgment
of deeds in the State of Florida personally appeared
Charles W. Brush well known to me to be a party
grantor named in and who executed the foregoing
deed and in his own name and also in the name
of the above named grantor Julia A. Van Ness ackno
wledged in due form of law the above deed to be
his own act and deed and the act and deed of the said
Julia A. Van Ness by him the said Charles W. Brush
done and executed by virtue of a letter of attorney to
him for that purpose granted by the said Julia A.
Van Ness to the end that the same as such might
be recorded and further that said letter of Attorney
is duly recorded in the Clerks office of Alachua
County in said State of Florida in Book L page
