This Indenture made and entered into this the Eighth day
of November AD One thousand eight hundred and
Eighty Two Between R.W. Cason S.R. Cason & Thos
Leggett and Elizabeth Leggett his wife of said county
and state parties of the first part and G.W. Whetstone
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred dollars to them in hand paid by 
the party of the second part the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant barg
ain sell convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for
ever the following described piece or parcel of land
lying being and situate in Alachua County and
State of Florida to wit North half of South East
Quarter North East Quarter of south West Quarter and
South West Quarter of North East Quarter of section
Eight 8 Township seven (7) Range Eighteen (18) South
and East containing One Hundred and sixty acres
more or less Together with all and singular the ten
ements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belo
nging or in anywise incident or appertaining To
Have and to hold unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever and the said parties of the first part do
hereby bind themselves and their heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns to warrant and by these pres
ents forever defend this title to the said described land
and premises unto the said party of the second part 
and to his heirs and assigns forever against them
selves and their heirs executors administrators and
assigns and against all persons whomsoever law
fully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof  In witness whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and
