ibed and that she signed the same of her own free
will and accord and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

This Indenture made the 18th day of August in the
year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three Between H.N. Richard and Virginia Richard
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Joe M. Holt of Columbia County
and State of Florida of the second part witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of twelve Hundred Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargain
