     Henry E. Dotterer  to  Revd Samuel Durborow
This Indenture made the Eleventh day of January
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty Four
Between Henry E. Dotterer of City of Fernandina County
of Nassau and State of Florida and Emma his wife
parties of the first part and Revd Samuel Durborow of
the City of Philadelphia County of Philadelphia and
State of Pennsylvania party of the second part: Witness
eth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Fifty nine 43/100 Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have gran
ted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assig
ns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on 
the Public Plats of said State and County as Lot
numbered Four of Section One in Township Nine
South of Range Twenty East containing Thirty nine
62/100 acres (Lot 4 Sec 1 T9 S R20 E 39 62/100 acres)
Together with all and singular the ways and water
ways tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents issue and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest dower and right of dower
