that I Hattie C. King of Alachua County Florida the
lawful wife of Henry B. King the grantor of the following
described lot tract and parcel of land viz North half
of sec 30 Township Ten (10) Range 22 except a small
fraction on northern boundary containing fifteen acres
in consideration of the sum of one hundred fifty
Dollars to me in hand paid in lawful money the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby
release remise and relinquish all of my right title
and interest of Dower in and to the above mentioned
and described Tract and parcel of lands and heredita
ments unto Levi Jones his heirs executors and assigns
