To Have and to hold the same Together with all
and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto
belonging or in any wise thereunto appertaining and
all the estate right title interest Dower and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part either in
law or equity to the only proper use benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part His heirs
and assigns forever and the said part of the first
part hereby expressly waive and release any and all
right benefit privilege advantage and exemption under
or by virtue of any and all statutes of the State
Florida providing for the exemption of Homesteads from
sale on execution or otherwise  In witness whereof the
said party of the first part have hereunto set our
hands and seals the day and year first above written

aforesaid Do hereby certify that Warren W. Potter and
his wife Lizzie W. Potter personally known to me to be the
same persons whose name are subscribed to the fore
going instrument appeared before me this day in per
son and acknowledged that they signed sealed and deliv
ered the said instrument as their free and volun
tary act for the uses and purposes therein set forth
including the release and waiver of the right of 
homestead Given under my hand and seal seal this
Twenty Eighth day of January AD 1884

day of January AD 1884 Before me personally appeared
Mrs Lizzie W. Potter wife of Warren W. Potter the
Grantor in the foregoing conveyance who acknowledged
before me being separate and apart from her
said husband that she signed the said Deed for 
the purposes of Relinquishing all of her dower
and right of Dower in and to the Lands granted
therein and that she executed the same freely and Vol
untarily and without fear of or from her said
husband   Witness my hand and seal this day
