Richard McIlwaine To Trustees of Presbyterian Church
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made the First day of January Anno Dom
ini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty four between Richard M
Ilwaine and Lizzie R. McIlwaine his wife of Hamptden
Sidney College County of Prince Edward and State
of Virginia party of the first part and T.M. Cauthen
I.E. Merrill H.N. Pettit L. Renault T.A. Peck as Trustees
of the First Presbyterian Church of Waldo of the Town 
of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the second part witnesseth that the said parties of 
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred and fifty Dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to them in hand paid by
the said parties of the second part the receipt whe
reof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirm
ed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said parties of the second part and their successors in
office forever all those certain Lots Tracts or parcels of 
land situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known and
described on the plat of said town as Lots Nine
and Ten in Block Twenty seven Lots 9 and 10 Block 
27 Together with all and singular the Tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining and the reversion and revers
ions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right Title interest
dower and right of dower property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances  To Have and to hold the
above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the
second part their successors to their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever and the said part of the
First part for themselves and their heirs do coven
ant promise and agree to and with the said parties of
the second part their successors that the said
party of the first part at the time of the sealing
and delivery of these presents were lawfully seized
in their own right of a good absolute and indefe
asible estate of inheritance and title of and in all
and singular the above granted bargained and des
cribed premises with the appurtenances and had
