Alachua County   } Know all men by these pres
ents that we William H. Thompson and J.H.
Post of Alachua County Florida for and in
consideration of the sum of Ninety Dollars to
us cash in hand paid by the Florida South
ern Railway Company a duly organized and in
corporated Company of the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien and convey unto the said Florida Southern
Railway Company all of that certain strip or par
allelogram of land now occupied by and upon 
which the road bed of said Florida Southern
Railway is now located and granted of in upon
over through and across Section Nineteen 19 in Town
ship Nine (9) South of Range twenty (20) east in
Alachua County Florida said strip or parallelog
ram of land hereby conveyed being One hun
dred and twenty (120) feet in width the center
line of said Railway road bed being the center
line also of said parallelogram of land
hereby conveyed  Together with all and singular}
