the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining and Together
also with the right and privilege to and in the
said Florida Southern Railway Company and to
its successors and assigns to drain said way
when and wherever it may be necessary over and
across any of our lands adjacent to said strip
or parallelogram of land hereby conveyed and per
petually to keep it drained To Have and to hold the
said strip of land and rights and privileges
unto it the said Florida Southern Railway com
pany and to its successors and assigns in fee sim
ple absolutely forever = and in consideration of the
aforesaid sum of money so paid to us as afore
said we do hereby acknowledge ourselves to be
paid in full for any and all damage which
we or our said real estate have or may have
sustained by reason of the construction of said
Railway over and across our said land and
in consideration of the said sum of money so
paid to us as aforesaid We do hereby forever
and fully acquit and discharge the said Florida
Southern Railway Co from any and all further liabil
ities claims or demands upon our part by reason
of or on account of any injury or damage to
our said real estate by the construction of its
said Railway over the same or by reason of the
filling cutting or using of any timber off of
our said lands or any part thereof. In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
hereto our seals on this 16th day of February AD 1884.
