Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 3rd
day of November in the year One thousand eight
hundred and Eighty three between Samuel A. Thomas
and M.A. Thomas his wife of said State & County afore
said parties of the first part and Minnie A.F.
Zetrouer of the same State & County party of the sec
ond part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred & Seventy five Dollars lawful money of
the United States to them duly paid by the party of
the second part at or before the ensealing & deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said party of the second part and
to her heirs and assigns forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in said state
& county and known & described as follows the North
West quarter of the North West quarter of Section
three (3) Township Eleven (11) South Range Twenty One
(21) East Together with all and singular the Tenements
or appurtenances and all of the estate title & interest
Dower & right of dower of the said parties of the
first part of in or to the above described premises
