and every part & parcel thereof To have and to hold

as wife of the said S.A. Thomas who after being
examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged that she joined her husband
in the foregoing deed for the purpose of relinquishing
her dower or right of Dower in and to the lands con
veyed therein & that she did so freely and voluntarily
& without any compulsion apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
