     C.N. Merry  To  Florida Southern Railway Company
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made the 13th day of July 1883 between
C.N. Merry and his wife Cate Merry parties of the
first part and the Florida Southern Railway Com
pany of the other part the parties of the first
part in consideration of one Dollar paid by the
party of the second part have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and do hereby bargain sell grant
and convey unto the party of the second part its
sucessors and assigns the following described parcel
or parcels of land situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida to wit a right of way through
their lands for a Rail Road in Section 30 Town
ship 30 Township 11 Range 21 with usual
privileges allowed also Fraction 19 Township 11
Range 21 and the parties of the first part by the
party of the second part do hereby bargain sell
release and convey unto the party of the second part
its successors and assigns a right of way in 
over and through any and all land the parties of
the first part have or may have in said County
to enable the party of the second part its success
ors and assigns to build construct have hold
use and operate a rail way said way shall
be (120) feet wide and located by the party of
the second part and it may be lawful for the
party of the second part its successors and ass
igns and all and every person for its benefit
and advantage at all times hereafter to construct
use pass and repass with and without property
