renunciation of dower is made by her freely and volun
tarily and without any constraint apprehension com

     John J. Barr  To  Florida Southern Railway Co
                  "Deed"
This Indenture made the 26th day of May 1883
between Jno J. Barr & wife Susan D. Barr parties of 
the first part and the Florida Southern Railroad
Company of the other part the parties of the first
part in consideration of One Dollar paid by the
party of the second part has bargained sold
granted and conveyed and do hereby bargain
sell grant and convey unto the party of the
second part its successors and assigns the follow
ing described parcel or parcels of land situate in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida to 
wit: a right of way through Lands owned
by them in sec 26 Township Eleven & Range
21 also through section  30 Township 11 Range
21 with privileges allowed Rail Roads and
the parties of the first part for and  in consideration
of the further sum of One Dollar paid to the par
ties of the first part by the party of the second part
do hereby bargain sell release and convey unto the
party of the second part its successors and assigns
a right of way in over and through any and all
land the parties of the first part has or may have in
said County to enable the party of the second part
its successors and assigns to build construct have
hold use and operate a railway said way shall
be 120 feet wide and located by the party of the
second part and it may be lawful for the party 
of the second part its successors and assigns and
all and every person for its benefit and advantage
at all times hereafter to construct use pass and 
repass with and without property and effects thro
ugh and over a railway lately surveyed or located
or to be surveyed and located by the party of the
second part on its line of railway and which
