paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath gran
ted sold and conveyed unto the said party of

East corner of said South west quarter thence
West four hundred and sixty six 7/10 feet 466 7/10
ft Thence south Two hundred and thirty three feet
233 3/10 ft Thence East four hundred and sixty six
and 7/10 ft 466 7/10 Thence North Two hundred and
thirty three feet to place of 233. 3/10 beginning con
taining Two and half 2 1/2 a acres  To Have and to
Hold the premises hereby conveyed together with all 
the rights privileges and appurtenances to the said party
of the second part Her heirs and assigns forever
and the said parties of the first part do hereby cove
nant and agree to and with the said party of 
the second part her heirs and assigns for them
selves and their heirs executors and administrators
to forever warrant and defend the title to the prem
ises hereby conveyed against the claim of every
