purposes therein mentioned and I do further certify
that Mrs V.A. Branning wife of the said D.L. 
Branning did acknowledge to me on an examin
ation separately and apart from her husband
that she executed the same freely and volunta
rily for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
and for the purpose of conveying and relin
quishing all the claim title to or interest in said
premises which she may possess without fear
or compulsion or  undue influence of her said
husband wherefore I pray that the same may
become a matter of record In testimony whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal

             "Deed"
This Indenture made the tenth day of Novemb
er in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
hundred and seventy seven between America Cato
of Alachua County State of Florida of the first
part and Nancy E. Campbell of County and
State aforesaid of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum two hundred Doll
ars lawful money of the United States to her duly
paid before the delivery hereof hath bargained and
sold and by these presents doth grant and convey
to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns as forever all that certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and which is known and des
cribed as follows to wit:  the south East quarter of
the south East quarter of section Twenty two town
ship Eight Range eighteen East containing forty acres
more or less together with all and singular the tenem
ents hereditaments and appurtenances and all the estate
title and interest of the said party of the first part
therein and the said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the said party
of the second part that at the  time of the delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful
