E.C. England parties of the first part and George R. Fair
banks of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
One thousand Dollars lawful money to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell remise release convey and 
confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot or parcel of 
land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida described as follows to wit Beginning at the
south East corner of the southwest quarter of section
seven (7) of Township Twelve (12) south of Range Twenty
Two (22) East running thence East along section line Twenty
five 25 chains to the East Boundary of said Arredondo Grant
Twenty (20) chains to a stake thence west Twenty five (25)
chains to the north East corner of a forty acre tract of
land owned by J. Adger Clark thence south along the
east boundary of said J. Adger Clarks land Twenty 20 chains
to the point of beginning containing fifty 50 acres more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part of in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances  To Have and to Hold all and singular
the above mentioned and described premises together
with the appurtenances unto the said part of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever and the said
parties of the first part for themselves and their success
ors as trustees as aforesaid binding themselves only to the
extent of the of their first property held by them under
warranty and dated December Twenty eighth AD one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty executed to them
by Henry Shelton Sanford and Gertrude E. Sanford his
wife the above described and hereby granted and 
released premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances unto the said part of the second
part his heirs and assigns against the said parties
of the first part and their successors and against
all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully
