sum of One thousand Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs
and assigns all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in Alachua County Florida and describ
ed as follows Viz Twenty acres in the NE Corner

of the East half of Sec Twenty two Township Ten South
Range Seventeen 17 East To Have and to hold the
above granted land and appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns in
fee simple title forever and the said parties of the
first part do by these presents covenant to and with
the said party of the second part that they seized
of said land and have good and legal right to convey
the same and do by these presents covenant and
bind themselves their heirs executors and administra
tors that they will defend the title to the said land
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns against themselves and against the lawful
claims of all persons whatsoever In testimony whereof
