"Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day of December
Anno Domine Eighteen hundred and Eighty three Between
Samuel Durburow (unmarried) of the city of Phil
adelphia county of Philadelphia and state of Pennsy
lvania party of the first part and William Henry Bar
clay M.D. of the City of Philadelphia County of Philad
elphia and State of Pensyvania party of the second part
witnesseth that the said party of of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to him in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and con
firmed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that Lot Tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the county of Alachua and state
of Florida and known and described on the public plats
of said County as the North half of the south west
quarter of section twenty five in Township Ten South
of Range Fifteen East containing Seventy nine 62/100 acres
more or less (N1/2 of SW1/4 of sec25 T10 S R15 E 79 62/100
acres) Together with all and singular the ways and
waterways tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the rever
sion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said party of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and to hold |
