T.C. Ellis and Wife  to  Geo R. Ellis

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and enter
ed into this 4th day of December AD 1883 between Thos
C. Ellis and Sarah A. Ellis of the First part and George
R. Ellis their son of the second part all of the State
and County aforesaid witnesseth that the said par
ties of the first part for and in consideration of
the natural love and affection which they have and
bear for their said son the said party of the second
part and for the further consideration of the sum of 
One dollar to them paid the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged have given granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do give grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all those certain lots tracts pieces or
parcels of land lying and being situate in the State
and County aforesaid and particularly described as
follows to wit The south west quarter 1/4 of the
North East quarter 1/4 of the South East quarter 
1/4 The south East quarter 1/4 of the North West 
quarter 1/4 of the South East quarter 1/4 of Section
twenty nine 29 in Township Nine (9) South
Range Twenty East and bounded on the north
by W.B. Ellis's land West by Henry Roberts land
South by lands of T.B. Ellis and John Sewell and
on the East by the "Florida Southern Railway" con
taining by estimation (20) Twenty acres of land
less the right of way of the said Railway and
Also the following described lot lying and
being situate in said State and County and
in Brushs Addition to the town of Gainesville
to wit  Beginning at the North West corner
of the lot lately conveyed by the said parties 
of the first part to their daughter Mary L. Mc
Clellan and from said North West corner
of said lot running North One hundred and
Forty Two (142) feet to the south West corner
of the lot lately conveyed by the same parties
to Jacob E. Dodd thence East along the south
boundary line of said J.E. Dodds lot One
Hundred and Ninety 190 feet to a street thence
South one hundred and forty two (142) feet to the
North East corner of Mrs M.L. McClellans
lot thence West along her northern boundary
line One hundred and Ninety 190 feet to the point
of beginning containing by estimation 26.980 feet
