       Thos F. King  To  Vandyke Ellis
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 5th day
of January AD 1884 between Thos F. King & Eliza
beth A. King his wife parties of the first part
and Vandyke Ellis party of the second part witness
that the parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to
them paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowled
ged have granted bargained and sold to the party
of the second part all those tracts or parcels
of land situate in the County of Alachua State
of Florida known and described as follows
to wit the NE1/4 of section 12 the NE1/4
of NW1/4 of Section 12 and eight 55/100 acres
lying west of and adjoining & parallel to said NE
1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec 12 all lying and being in
Township 7 Range 18 & containing 208 55/100 acres
more or less & being the same land conveyed to the
said Thos F. King by Geo W. Ladd and Jos M.
Ladd by their deed dated the 15 of July 1882  To
Have and to hold to the said      Ellis his
heirs and assigns with all the rights and
appurtenances thereto belonging Together with
all the rights of the said Geo W. & Jos M.
Ladd conveyed to me by their said deed in
cluding their warranty of title all which
said rights are hereby Transfered to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
