County of Alachua} This Indenture made and entered
ed into this the Thirtyieth day of July AD One thous
and Eight Hundred and Eighty Three (1883) between
Idella Kennard and her husband Saml J. Kennard
of said State and County of the first part and George
H. Ambrose T.A. Peck R.W. Campbell Ned E. Farrell
and Samuel J. Kennard Sr. Trustees of Laurel Grove
Cemetery in the Town of Waldo all of said State
and County of the Second part Witnesseth: That the
said parties of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of One hundred dollars the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
George H. Ambrose R.W. Campbell Ned E. Farrell and Saml
J. Kennard Trustees as aforesaid and unto their success
sors all that Tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida and Known and recorded in the Book
of Deeds in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County as Laurel Grove Cemetery except
that part in the North of said cemetery describe
ed as follows: Beginning at a Stake in the North
East Corner thence running one hundred feet due
South Thence across the entire Cemetery to the West
line Thence One Hundred (100) feet to the North West corner
thence to the place of beginning which is reserved for
the exclusive use occupation and possession of Samuel
J. Kennard Sr. and his heirs as a family burying
ground or lot, said premises this conveyed to
George H. Ambrose R.W. Campbell Ned E. Farrell
and Samuel J. Kennard Sr. Trustees as aforesaid
being the North East Corner of the North West
Quarter NW1/4 of the North West Quarter (NW1/4)
of section Twenty Four (24) Township Eight (8)
Range 21, E containing Two and a half 2 1/2 acres
more or less To Have and to hold the same Together
with all and singular the rights privileges and appur
tenancies to the same in any wise appertaining or belong
ing forever in fee in Trust to and for the uses and
interests and purposes herein described and declared
unto the said Geo H. Ambrose R.W. Campbell Ned E.
Farrell and Samuel J. Kennard Sr Trustees as
aforesaid to be used exclusively as a Cemetery
for the burial of the dead under such rules
