signed sealed and executed the same freely and
voluntarily for the purposes therein named and the
said Idella Kennard confessed on an examination
separate and apart from her husband that she
signed sealed and executed the aforesaid convey
ance freely and voluntarily for the purposes therein
mentioned without any compulsion or fear of her
husband Given under my hand and seal this the
