undersigned Daniel M. Stewart George T. Bullard and
Mary M. Bullard and acknowledged that they exec
uted the foregoing deed for the purpose of convey
ing the land therein described to Calvin Waits and
the said Mary M. Bullard upon an examination
made by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she made herself a party to
said conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
all Dower and right of Dower in the lands therein
mentioned and that she did so freely and voluntarily
and without any fear constraint or compulsion from
her said husband.

Episcopal Church of said State & County having
in accordance with the Statute of said State
in such cases made and provided elected and
appointed Mitchel Jones Edward Lever Benjn
Garrison Henry Roberts Wesley Mathew Ephraim
Byrd Francis Williams and Vick Lang Isaac
Davis Trustees to receive and hold the property
of said Church which they may receive by Gift
devise or purchase & having in all respects com
plied with said law Now Therefore this Indenture
witnesseth that we Sarah Spencer and James
W. Spencer Admis of the Estate of Nathan Spencer
deceased for and in consideration of the sum of
Eighty Dollars to us in hand paid by the
