Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that we Jesse H. Goss and Rebecca P. Goss his wife
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
and fifty dollars to us in hand paid by William
E. Haile of the aforesaid State and County the receipt
whereof we hereby acknowledge have granted barg
ained sold conveyed released and forever quit
claimed and by these presents do grant barg
ain sell convey release and forever quit claim
unto him the said William E. Haile all of our
right title interest and estate of in and to all of that
certain piece parcel or tracts of land situated lying
and being in Section Nine (9) in Township ten (10)
South of Range Twenty (20) East in Alachua County
State of Florida particularly described as commen
cing at the point where the Southern Boundary
line of the Right of way of the Florida Southern
Railway intersects and crosses Sweet Water Branch
thence in a South easterly and Southerly direction
following the Southern or Western boundary line of
the right of way of the said Florida Southern Rail
way Nine hundred and Eighty 980 feet to a
Stake thence South Forty Eight 48 degrees and forty
five (45) minutes West three hundred and Sixty (360)
feet To a Stake thence North forty one (41) degrees
and fifteen 15 minutes West Nine hundred 900 feet
to the point of beginning containing Five (5) acres of
land more or less Together with all and singular
the Tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining To
Have and to Hold the same unto him the said William
E. Haile and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever In witness whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed hereto
our seals on this 23rd day of April A.D. 1884.
