as commencing at the point where the Southern
boundary line of the Right of way of the Florida
Southern Railway intersects and crosses Sweet Water
Branch: Thence in Southeasterly and Southerly direction
following the Southern or Western boundary line
of the Right of way of the said Florida Southern
Railway Nine hundred and Eighty (980) feet to a
Stake thence South forty Eight (48) degrees and
forty five minutes West Three hundred and
Sixty 360 feet to a Stake thence North forty one
(41) degrees and fifteen (15) minutes West Nine
hundred (900) feet to the point of beginning con
taining Five (5) acres of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold the
same unto the said corporation the said Plant In
vestment Company and to its successors and assign
ns in fee simple absolutely forever In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
hereto my seal on this 23rd day of April AD 1884
