Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that the Alachua Improvement Co of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred # Dollars to it in hand paid by M.R.
Larzelere of the County of Muskingum in the State
of Ohio the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these

said M.R. Larzelere all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
