Alachua County   }  Know all men by these pres
ents that J.H. A.H. Crumpton of Alachua County
Florida Widower of Lavinia A. Crumpton
late of Alachua County Florida deceased and one
of her heirs at law for and in consideration of
the Sum of Five Hundred Dollars to me Cash
in hand on this day paid by Hattie E. McIntosh
Kate G. Rains and Eddie W. Rains of Alachua County
Florida all of whom are heirs at law and
Children of the said Lavinia A. Crumpton by
her first Marriage the receipt whereof I do here
by acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant barg
ain sell alien and convey and forever quit
claim unto them the said Hattie E. McIntosh Kate
G. Rains and Eddie W. Rains all of my right
title interest claim and estate at law or in
equity as a present heir at law of the said
Lavinia A. Crumpton deceased or in future
as the heir in expectancy of my son James
A.M. Crumpton Now a minor of in and to all
of those Certain lots pieces or parcels of land situated
lying and being in Alachua County in the State of Flor
ida particularly Known and described as being the
SE 1/4 of the N.E. 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section Thirty three 33 in Township Seven (7) South
of Range Twenty One (21) East and the West half of
the North half of Lot No Three (3) quarter section
Thirty four (34) in Township Seven (7) South of Range
Twenty One (21) East Containing One hundred acres
of land More or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To
Have and to hold the same unto them the said
Hattie E. McIntosh Kate G. Rains and Eddie W.
Rains in fee Simple forever fired and clear
of all claims or demands upon my part and
to their heirs and assigns forever and in Consider
ation of the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars
so paid to me on this day I do hereby ack
