Nettie R. Miller the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowled ged have given granted bargained sold all
eined and conveyed and by these presents do grant
give bargain sell allien and convey unto the said
Nettie R. Miller the following property to wit One lot
or parcel of land situated in the town of Micanopy
and described as follows commencing at a Stake
at the South West Corner of lot owned by A.H.
Mathews & J.C. Mathews thence West two hundred and
ten feet thence North two Hundred & ten feet thence
East Two Hundred and ten feet thence South to
place of beginning and containing One Acre more
or less Together with all and singular the improve
ments thereon and appurtenances thereto To Have and
to Hold the above described property unto the said
Nettie R. Miller her heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 7th day of May A.D. 1884

and that he together with L.C. Martin Signed the
same as subscribing witnesses
