between Mrs. M.L. Ward and John H. Ward
her husband of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida who Joins with his wife in the
execution of this deed for the purpose of enabling
her to convey the property hereinafter described the

parties of the first part and Annie E. Simmons of
the City of Providence and State of Rhode Island
party of the Second part as Trustee for Mary L.
Walker of Providence State of Rhode Island party
of the third part. Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged do hereby by these presents grant bargain
sell and Convey unto the said party of the Second
part and to her successors all of the following
described real estate situated in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit and more
particularly described as beginning at the half 
mile Stake on the south boundary line of Section
Ten 10 in Township (10) Ten South Range Twenty
(20) East and running thence West (10) Ten Chains to
a Stake thence North (19) Nineteen chains and
(78) Seventy Eight links thence East (9) Nine Chains
and Sixty four (64) links thence South Nineteen Chains
and 50 Fifty links to the point of beginning Saving
and Excepting two and eight tenths acres (2 8/10 ths)
heretofore conveyed to S.H. Reid and John Ward
which is described as follows beginning at a
point which is located Six (6) chains North of
the Said half mile Stake on the South boundary
line of said Section ten (10) and running thence
West Seven (7) chains thence South Four
chains to the point of beginning the Lot convey
ed by these Presents containing by estimation
Sixteen (16) Acres and Forty eight One hundredths
of an Acres  To Have and To Hold the same
together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining forever in fee in trust
Nevertheless and to and for the uses interests and
purposes hereinafter limited described and declared
that is to say in trust to and until the said
Mary L. Walker of the third part shall attain and
reach the age of Twenty One Years when the
title to the above described property shall vest in
