end the parties of the second and third parts in the
quiet and peaceable possession and enjoyment of
the premises against the lawful claims and demands of

therein mentioned and the said Mrs. M.L. 
Ward on a separate examination held by me
privately and apart from her said husband she
acknowledged to me that she did execute sign
and seal the foregoing deed to her separate
property without any fear apprehension Compulsion
or constraint of or from her said husband
and that she done the same freely and vol
untarily and of her own free will
