appertainig To Have and To Hold the same unto

hereby covenant and agree with the said party
of the second part that he has good and suff

I, Augusta S. Matheson wife of J.D. Matheson the grantor
in the foregoing deed of conveyance for the consider
ation therein named and for the further consider
ation of One Dollar to me paid have bargained sold
released conveyed and quit claimed to the grantor
named in said deed all my right of Dower in and
to the property described and conveyed in said deed and
I do hereby acknowledge and declare that the said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower is done
by me freely and voluntarily and without any Compul
sion constraint apprehension or fear of my said
