 County of Alachua } This Indenture made and enter
ed into on this 12th day of October AD (1881) One Thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty One between William F. Flynn
party of the first part and Susan A. Sparkman
party of the Second part Witnesseth that the
said William F. Flynn party of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
($200.) two hundred dollars to him in hand
paid by the said Susan A. Sparkman party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and
Sold and by these presents do grant bargain
and sell and Convey unto the Said Susan A.
Sparkman and her heirs and assigns forever
all the following described property to wit:
Lot Sixteen (16) Block Four (4) Range One (1) in
Ropers addition to the Town of Gainesville as by
reference to the Map and plat of said Ropers
addition will fully appear lying and being in
Section four (4) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20)
South and East together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the said bargained and des-
cribed premises unto the said party of the sec-
ond part and to her heirs and assigns in fee
Simple for ever. In Witness whereof I have here-
