Graduation To all to whom these presents shall
S & C come Greeting:
Certificate } Whereas Asbury T. Wideman of Abbe-
No 5141 } ville District South Carolina has de-
posited in the General Land Office of the United
States a Certificate of the Register of the Land
office at Newnansville whereby it appears that
full payment has been made by the said
Asbury T. Wideman according to the provisions
of the Act of Congress of the 24 of April 1820
entitled "An Act making further provision for the
sale of the public lands" for the West half
of the North West Quarter and the West half
of Section Thirteen
of the South West Quarter ^ and the East half
of the North East Quarter and the East half
of the South East Quarter Fourteen in Township
Eight South of Range Seventeen East in the
District of lands subject to sale at Newnansville
Florida containing Three hundred and Seventeen
acres and Eighty Six hundredths of an acre
according to the official plat of the Survey of
the said lands returned to the General Land
Office by the Surveyor General which said
