 Geo W. Collins To Anna R. Ware
             "Q.C. Deed"
The State of South Carolina }
 County of Greenville       } Know all men by
these presents that I George W. Collins of the
County of Abbeville in said State in Consideration
of a full and final discharge as administrator
of the Estate of R.A. Child deceased and as Guardian
of Anna R. Ware at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents - have granted bar-
gained sold released and quit-claimed unto
the said Anna R. Ware of Greenville County in
said State all and Singular my interest right
title and claim whatever the Same may be of in
and to all the lands and real estate to which the
said R.A. Child had a title or in which he had
an interest in the Counties of Marion and Alachua
in the State of Florida or in any other County in said
last named State - To have and to hold my Said
interest and Claim whether in law or Equity to
said land and real estate unto the said Anna R.
Ware and her heirs forever.
In Witness Whereof I hereunto set my hand and
seal this 12th day of March in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
four and in the one hundred and Eighth year of
the Sovereignty and Independence of the United
