This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of October
AD 1883 between Hugh A. Morrison and his wife Mary
R. Morrison of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and The Town of
Hawthorn of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in Consid-
eration of the Sum of One Dollar to them in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained sold and transferred and by these
presents do bargain sell and transfer unto the
