West Three Chains and Twenty Five Links (3ch 25L)
back to Starting point Saving accepting and re-
taining for ourselves the following portion of the
above tract. Starting from said South West Corner
thence North Three Chains to South West Corner of
reserved lot. Thence North Two Chains and Sixty
Nine links thence East one chain and Eighty Nine
links thence South Two Chains and Sixty Nine links
thence West One Chain and Eighty Nine links
Together with all the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances with every privilege right title
interest and estate dower and right of dower re-
version remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold
the Same in fee Simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part do Covenant
with the said party of the second part that they
are lawfully Seized of said premises; that they are
free from all encumbrance and that they have
good right and lawful Authority to sell the Same
and that they will warrant and defend the Same
against the lawful Claims of all persons.
