Know all men by these presents that the Florida
Land and Improvement Company a Corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Florida
in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred
dollars receipt acknowledged doth by these
presents grant bargain Sell and Convey unto
Gad H. Sanchez his heirs and assigns forever
the following described lands to wit: The South
East Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section Twenty Eight and the North West Quar
ter of the North West Quarter of Section Thirty
Four in Township Ten South of Range Sixteen
East Containing according to United States Survey
in the State of Florida Eighty 02/100 acres Situate
in Alachua County Florida: To Have and to Hold
unto the said Grantee his heirs and assigns forever
And the said Grantor for itself and its Successors in
interest Covenants to and with the said grantee
his heirs and assigns that it is lawfully Seized
in fee of the afore granted premises; that they are
free and Clear of all incumbrances; that it has the
right to sell and Convey the Same as aforesaid and
that the title to all and Singular the said granted
premises it to the said grantee his heirs and assigns
against all persons lawfully Claiming or to claim
the Same or any part thereof will forever Warrant
