                                Be it remembered That
on the Seventeenth day of January AD 1884 before
me Richard Salinge a Commissioner of Deeds
for Florida in and for Pennsylvania personally ap-
peared Hamilton Disston Esq President of the
above named Corporation and being duly Sworn
deposeth and saith that he was personally
present at the execution of the above written
indenture or deed of Conveyance and saw the Com-
mon Seal of the said Florida Land and improve-
ment Company duly affixed thereto and that the
Seal affixed thereto is the Common Corporate seal of
the said Florida Land and Improvement Company and
that the above written Indenture or deed of Conveyance
was duly Signed sealed and delivered by, and as
and for the act and deed of the said Florida Land
and Imprment Company for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned; and that the name of this de-
ponent Subscribed to the said deed as President
of the said Corporation in attestation of the due Ex-
ecution and delivery of the said deed is of this
deponents own proper and repective handwriting

& State of Florida party of the first part to Jesse
Bogue of the County of Grant and State of In-
diana party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in Con-
